CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND PAVING STREETS

Within the regulation of construction land for 2010 to the Palilula Municipality went from the city budget the largest funds for this purpose. After conducted the proceedings of the selection of the most favorable bidder for realization of works from the Program, of Public Enterprise Directorate for City Land Development is during the month of August concluded a number of contracts for works on construction of water supply, sewerage system and paving on the territory of Palilula Municipality. So it is with “PZP” Nis concluded a number of contracts of construction of driveways in following streets of Palilula Municipality: in Novoprojektovana street across street of Milos Crnjanski, will be constructed street length 150 meters.

Value of  contracted works is 2.321.502,12 RSD, and deadline for implementation is 45 days. Also, it is planed that Novoprojektovana street – access to Goricka street in length of 25 meters, which value is 376.887,94 RSD, be finished in 30 days and connection of the street Marko Jovanovic and street Vasa Carapic in length of 110 meters will be finished in 45 days. The value of this contract is 1.875.625,33 RSD. With company MD “GIT” it is concluded contracts of construction of streets in the MIN settlement on Ledena Stena: Anastas Jovanovic in length 200 meters. The value of construction is 3.759.766 RSD, with deadline of finishing of works 30 days. Street Stojan Andric, in length 220 meters. Value of construction is 3.716.239,86 RSD with deadline of 30 days; Jermenska street, length 315 meters. Value of construction is 5.200.514,60 RSD and deadline for finishing is 45 days; Dimitrije Leka in length 200 meters. Value of works is 3.759.766 RSD and deadline is 30 days;  Street Stojan Andric in length 220 meters. Value of construction is 3.716.239,86 RSD and deadline for finishing is 30 days and Cirlinska street length 310 meters. Value of construction 5.177.893,88 RSD. It will be constructed and road on New cemetery in length of 110 meters. Contracted value of this works is 1.605.537,50 RSD. Company “MDS Engineering” DOO Nis, will construct water supply system in village Gabrovac length 300 meters,  in Durmitorska street length 350 meters and in the street Zarka Jerkovica I, II and III access length 400 meters.

To the company “Businesses” DOO entrusted is and construction of water supply system on New cemetery “Bubanj” north part construction of fountain, in the street Sima Dinic water supply system in length 300 meters, in third height zone water supply system length 270 meters, and in Pasi Poljana between blocks 20-21 water supply system length 120 meters. At this moment there is works on the construction of water supply system in Novoprojektovana street between Njegoseva and Durmitorska street, length 350 meters, on the setting up pipes DN 160mm. Value of construction is about 1,2 million RSD. Works on the water supply system is funded by City of Nis, trough the Program of regulation of building land for 2010 year. With construction of water supply system in Novoprojektovana street near Njegoseva and Durmitorska street and joining to the third height zone it will be solved long-standing problem of citizens of Kalac brdo with quality water supply. Citizens are in previous period had big problem with insufficient pressure of water in this part of the city. In work zone Donje Medjurovo in this moment is fecal sewage system from RZ Donje Medjurovo to the Nis collector in length 2100 meters. It will be setting up pipes diameter 500, 600 and 2300 millimeters. Value of works is 27.140.000 RSD. Constructor of works is Belgrade company “Ratko Mitrovic – Niskogradnja”. With construction of this collector it will be solved drainage RZ Donje Medjurovo. Works is carried out on base of Program of regulation of building land for 2009 year and supervision doing Public Enterprise Directorate for City Land Development.
